Posted Document Parties

If you post an entity and it also contains document parties, these are now also moved to a booked table.

For existing customers, an upgrade script is run to move the document parties to the posted table, if the related entity is already posted.

Why did we change this? So that we can guarantee good performance in the live operation when you work with document parties.
