General

This tab Contains the general information on the Extended Text.

Action	Description
Copy from Language	Copies the detail from a language.
Import from Text File	Offers the option to upload a template-file.
Preview	Opens a preview of the e-mail. A sample Record_id must be entered in tab: Preview.

Field	Description
Language Code	Click on the drop-down button and select the desired language code.
All Language Codes	Checked: the template is to be applied to all other languages which have no specific line. Unchecked: Field Language Code must contain a value.
Starting Date	The start date of the template. By setting a date in the future offers the possibility to enter a new template prior to becoming valid.
Ending Date	By setting a date the template is no longer valid after a date.
