Web Portal Subview
General
A subview is basically a Web Portal View which is linked to an other Web Portal View. The subview only shows records related to the record presented in the Web Portal View.
Functionality
The following steps have to be performed to link a subview to a view.
- Open de the page with the view on which a subview has to be created.
- Open the tab: Subviews
- Clik on the action: New Line
- Click on the ...-button next to the field: Subview No and select the required view.
Actions
| Action | Description |

| New Line | To add a new line above the selected line. Use the arrow-down key on the last line to add a line underneath the line. Action is only available when Published is unchecked. |
| Delete Line | Deletes the selected line. Action is only available when the field: Published is unchecked. |
| Move Up | Changes the position of the selected line with the line above. |
| Move Down | Changes the position of the selected line with the line underneath. |
| Open Subview | Opens the page with the subview. |
| Translations | To add additional translations for unsupported languages or to deviate from the default caption. |

| Join Type | Options: None and Left join. |
| Published | Shows if the subview is published. |
