  • Use the Field Name lookup to select a field from the source table or API.
  • The Field Caption will auto-fill, but you can edit it.
  • Set Type and Data Type as needed.
  • Choose if the field should be visible on lists (Show On List) or cards (Show On Card).
  • Optionally, set a Filter to restrict data shown.

  • Adjust visibility using Show On List and Show On Card.
  • Set or clear filters as needed.

3. Reorder Fields

  • Use the Move Up and Move Down actions to change the sequence of fields.
  • The order determines how fields appear in the portal.

4. Translations

  • By default, the field caption uses the standard translation from Dynamics.
  • Use the Translations action to manage captions in different languages.

5. Advanced Settings

  • Require Filter: Enable if the field must be filtered before loading data.
  • Status Enum: Use for conditional formatting or status indication.
  • Subview No.: Link to another view if the field represents a subview.
