Manage web portal environment registrations
The Environment Registration List allows administrators to configure and manage connections between Business Central environments and the 3PL Web Portal. Use this page to register new environments, monitor connection status, and manage existing registrations.
Environment registration fields
The following table describes the fields available in the Environment Registration List:

| Connection No. | Internal reference for the web portal connection (hidden by default) |
| Environment ID | Unique identifier for the environment |
| Environment Type | Specifies the environment type (Production, Test, etc.) |
| BC Base URL | The base URL for the Business Central environment |
| Authentication Type | Authentication method (OAuth2 or Basic) |
| Tenant ID (OAuth2) | Required when using OAuth2 authentication |
| Organization ID | Internal organization reference (hidden by default) |
Register a new environment
To register a new Business Central environment with the web portal:
In the Environment Registration List, select Create Registration.
The system creates the registration and makes the environment available for web portal connections.
Manage existing registrations
Refresh registration status
To update the registration list with the latest information:
- In the Environment Registration List, select Refresh.
- The system reloads all environment registrations from the web portal.
View linked companies
To see companies associated with an environment:
- Select the environment registration.
- Choose Companies to open the company management page.
Access advanced connection settings
To manage detailed connection settings:
- Select the environment registration.
- Choose Connections to open the web portal connection list.
Remove an environment registration
Caution
Removing an environment registration permanently deletes all associated companies and users. This action cannot be undone.
To remove an environment registration:
- Select the environment registration you want to remove.
- Choose Remove Registration.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
The system removes the registration and all related data.
