Web Portal Environment Registration List

Purpose

The Environment Registration List page allows you to manage the connection between the environment and the 3PL Web Portal. This page is essential for administrators who need to configure connections between Business Central environments and the web portal.

Environments

  • Connection No.: Internal reference for the web portal connection (hidden by default).
  • Environment ID: Unique identifier for the environment.
  • Environment Type: Type of environment (e.g., Production, Test).
  • BC Base URL: The base URL for the Business Central environment.
  • Authentication Type: Method used for authentication (OAuth2 or Basic).
  • Tenant ID (OAuth2): Required for OAuth2 authentication.
  • Organization ID: Internal organization reference (hidden by default).

Actions

  • Create Registration: Register a new environment in the web portal. Fill in all required fields and click this action to create the registration.
  • Remove Registration: Delete an environment registration, including all associated companies and users. Confirmation is required. Be careful: This action cannot be undone and will remove all related data.
  • Refresh: Reload the list of environment registrations from the web portal.
  • Companies: View and manage companies linked to the selected environment.
  • Connections: Open the web portal connection list for advanced management.

What Can You Do With This Page?

  • Register New Companies: Connect new Business Central environments to the web portal.
  • Monitor Connection Status: Use the refresh action to ensure your registrations are up to date.
