Core data cleanup
This page lists the Core tables that can be cleaned up automatically. Core holds the generic platform data of 3PL Dynamics: e-mail, document handling, integration (EDI) messages, logs, status, scanning and invoicing.
Use it to decide which tables to enable in the Data Cleanup Setup list. For each table you can see what it contains, how long records are kept by default, and whether cleanup is switched on out of the box. For how to configure and schedule cleanup, see Data Cleanup.
Tip
A record is only deleted once it is older than the retention period, measured on the table's date field. Always run Count Records before enabling automatic cleanup so you know exactly what will be removed.

Warning
The Invoicing tables hold financial history and default to a 7-year retention for legal reasons. Do not shorten this unless your local legislation allows it.
