Clauses, Handling instructions and Remarks

On the lines FastTab on a forwarding document, you can register clauses, handling instructions and remarks from a record in the standard texts table in the forwarding module.

To manage standard clauses, handling instructions and remarks

1. Choose the icon enter Standard Texts (Forwarding) and then choose the related link.
2. Select the record you need to change or add a new record.
3. If you create a new Standard Text specify the Code field.
4. Fill the Description with the Standard Text. The Description will be copied to the line.
5. Enable the Clause field if you want the Standard text to appear when adding a clause to a document, enable the Handling instruction field if you want the Standard text to appear when adding a handling instruction to a document, or enable the Comment/Remark field if you want the Standard text to appear when adding a comment/remark to a document

To register a clause, handling instruction or remark on a forwarding document

1. On the Lines FastTab, in the Type field, select the type of line you want to add to a document, choose either clause, handling instruction or remark.
2. In the No. field, select a record from the available options.
3. In the Description field, you can now change the standard description if needed.
