1. Create new Trip/Shipments based on outstanding Detaillines'

This function creates a new trip based on outstanding (unposted) detail lines from a source trip in WMS. This process involves copying relevant shipment documents and lines to a new trip, updating statuses, and handling full shipment moves when possible.

  • Throws errors if there are no posted or unposted detail lines to process.
  • Full unposted shipments will not be copied, but moved to the new Trip.
  • Displays a message summarizing the number of detail lines and shipments moved, including any full shipments.
Parameters
  • TRIPORDERTYPE: (Optional) New trip order type code.
  • TRIPSTATUS: (Optional) Status to set for the new trip.
  • SHIPORDERTYPE: (Optional) New shipment order type code.
  • SHIPSTATUS: (Optional) Status to set for the new shipment.
  • EXTERNDOC: (Optional) Mask or pattern for the new external document number.
