Analytics API
The Analytics API module enables the API endpoints in your Boltrics environment, allowing external systems to retrieve data from Business Central. An API endpoint is a URL that an external system can send a request to in order to retrieve data. You can use these endpoints to retrieve data from your Boltrics environment and use it in external systems, such as feeding a dashboard, updating an external database, or syncing data between systems.

Power BI and Excel
The Analytics API works well with both Power BI and Excel. Power BI additionally supports merging data from multiple Business Central companies and embedding reports directly in your Boltrics environment. For more information, see Microsoft Learn page Introduction to Business Central and Power BI.
