Damage
General
Where there are transport movements, damage occurs. To monitor this properly, it is possible to register and handle damages in 3PL TMS. This is because good damage control in practice shows that the additional costs can be reduced the most.
Functionality
Cargo and Resources
The damage module distinguishes between damage to cargo and damage to resources. For both damage types, it is possible to create an ordered damage file when damage occurs.
Global
Tab: General
On the General tab, general matters are recorded. The damage file is given a number, dates and vehicles involved can be recorded.
Tab: Lines
On the lines tab, the positions and type of damage to the respective orderline can be defined. This way, it becomes clear what the damage content is.
Tab: Damage
On the Damage tab, damage can be further specified. It is also possible to link files or notes via the factbox.
Tab: Finance
On the Finance tab, the financial consequences of the damage can be defined.
Link: Counter Party
Via the button the Counter Party option can be opened. Here the counterparty of the damage can be defined.

Via the button the option References can be opened. Important references can be defined here.
