Document Colli
The document colli functionality can be used to register colli specifications when necessary. This includes details such as height, length, weight, and colli type. Additionally, information regarding customs or dangerous goods can also be included. Dangerous goods information can be found in the Document Colli Details. To view the details for a specific document colli line, select the line and click Details in the action bar.
Document colli lines can be linked to either the document header or a specific document line. A single colli can contain multiple customer items, but it can also be associated with one specific document line. As a result, document colli lines can be created at multiple levels.
You can find the document colli lines by navigating through the action bar at either the document header level or the document line level. Simply search for Document Colli to locate the document colli lines associated with your document.
Document colli lines can be created manually; however, they are typically generated during the scanning process. The document colli functionality is primarily used within the packing process, which is when the document colli line is created.
Tip
To create document colli lines during the scanning process, use scan function 11155091 - 163 to insert the document colli line with the appropriate information.
