WMS Contracts adjust prices

General

Periodicaly new prices may have to be set on contracts.

Functionality

To set new prices on WMS Contracts the following procedure is applicable:

1. Open the page: WMS Contract List
2. Click on the required contractno. to open the contract
3. Click on the action: Functions > Adjust Prices
4. Enter the date from which the new price applies and until when it is valid. Click ‘Next’.
5. Select the service(s) to which the price applies (use * for all services) and confirm with ‘OK’. Click ‘Next’ again.
6. Choose the price adjustment method (amount or percentage).
7. Set the rounding method (e.g., 2 decimals). Click ‘Next’.
8. Enter the percentage or amount by which the price should change.
9. Click ‘Next’ to apply the change.

Note

Do not forget to add new sucharges if the prices on surcharges are applicable on the contract and need to be adjusted.
Adjust the 'Valid To Date' to a date in the future so the selected line is valid.
