Phys. Inventory Handling Unit Journal (3PL)

This journal is recommended to make changes to the quantities and weight. Following will be an instruction on the most effective way to use the journal.

1. Make sure the right Handling Unit is selected

There are multiple ways to select your Handling Unit, two possible ways will be recommended here:

Via Handling Unit Content

A Select your Handling Unit(s) to make an adjustment to, click on functions and click on Create Journal Line(s).

B Select journal type: Phys. Inventory, select an available journal template and batch, select your desired posting date, fill in a document no (will be used in the entries), and fill in a reason code.

Via the Phys. Inventory Handling Unit Journal (3PL)

A When you open the Phys. Inventory Handling Unit Journal (3PL), click on calculate inventory.

B Fill document no. , reason code and make the filters for the Handling Units you would like to change.

2. Change the desired value with the header: New

Now you have entered the right Handling Units, you see that the system collects all data that is attached to the Handling Unit Content. If you don't see the values as showed below point 3, please make personalizations to the screen as there are possibly some fields still missing.

3. If all data is correct, you can post the journal lines. With the Post button on top

The post button will make all changes definitive.
