Boltrics Status Page

To ensure transparency and minimize downtime-related confusion, Boltrics maintains a public status page:
https://status.boltrics.com

This page provides real-time updates about the availability and performance of Boltrics and Microsoft systems, including outages, scheduled maintenance, and service degradations.

Why the Status Page Matters

  • Stay informed in real time
See if any known issues are currently affecting your environment without needing to contact support.

  • Reduce unnecessary tickets
Before submitting a support request, check the status page to see if the issue is already acknowledged or being resolved.

  • Track history
Review recent downtime or service incidents for better internal reporting or post-issue evaluations.

  • Transparency
We want to keep you fully informed about the health of our systems including both Boltrics services and underlying Microsoft services.

Subscribing for Updates

To get alerts automatically when an incident or maintenance event occurs:

  1. Visit status.boltrics.com
  2. Click the “Subscribe” button in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose how you'd like to receive updates via email or Microsoft Teams

By subscribing, you'll be notified proactively if a service is impacted, so you can act accordingly and keep your team informed.

When to Contact Support

If you're experiencing downtime and no issue is listed on the status page, please report it to our support team. We’ll investigate and update the page if necessary.

If you’re unable to create a support ticket, and your entire environment is down, you may use our emergency downtime form:
https://www.boltrics.com/nl/support/prod-down/

Important

This form should only be used in cases where your entire environment is inaccessible, and no active incident is listed on the status page.
