Functionality
Note
The field: Published must be deactivated before changes can be applied on the page.
Actions

| - | Translations | To add additional translations for unsupported languages or to deviate from the default caption. |

| - | Actions | Opens a selection page to add Actions to the view. |
| Actions | Apply template | Will apply setting from an excisting view. |
| Actions | Copy | Will create a new view based on the currently selected view. |
| Related | Categories | Will open the page: Category List. Categories can be used to group views. |
| Related | Styles | Will open the page: Styles. Styles can be used to set the display of fields. |
| Related | Charts | Will open the page: Charts to manage charts. |
Fields
| Field | Description |

| No. | The unique number of the view or chart. Will be filled automatically when creating a new view or chart. |
| Type | Always apply the Type: List on a view and Dashboard on a chart. |
| Display Name | The name to be presented in the 3PL Web Portal. |
| Category Code | The category to which the view or chart is linked. |
| Published | Is the view or chart available on the 3PL Web Portal. |
| Source Table | The table which is used in the view. Field not available when the field type contains the value: Dashboard. |
| View Page Size | The number of records per page to be shown in the view. Field is only available when the field type contains the value: List. |
| Files | Which attached files can be shown in the 3PL Web Portal.Field is only available when the field type contains the value: List. |
| Dynamic Filter | Options: None, Customer, Address, Shipping Agent and User. Field is only available when the field type contains the value: List. |
| Access Filter On | on which field will be filtered to present data. Field is only available when the field type contains the value: List. |
