IATA Cass Settlement
The Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems (CASS), managed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), is designed to streamline the billing and settlement process between airlines and freight forwarders.

icon enter Purchase Invoice and then choose the related link.
- Choose the Import IATA Cass action.
- To upload the file, you can now drag the IATA Cass file (HOT file extension) to the window.
- The system will now create a Purchase invoice for each unique carrier in the IATA Cass file.
Note
The system will find the Vendor based on the IATA Prefix code field on the Carrier table. The Vendor No. field on the Carrier table has to be filled.
To match the registration lines
- Choose the Link registration lines to link the registration lines with the (budgetted) cost lines on Shipments.
- To process (minor) discrepancies against cost lines on Shipments, choose the Add lines action. How the system will process depends on the Create additional lines Function parameters (see Mapping method).
- You need to make sure the Mapping Quality of all the lines is 100% and the status of all registration lines is Mapped.
- Now you are ready to create the line on the Purchase invoice, choose the Create lines action.
