Boltrics DataHub
The Boltrics DataHub is an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) running in the Microsoft Azure cloud, providing enterprise-grade security, monitoring, and error handling. It connects the Boltrics Solution to internal systems and external partners in a reliable, secure, and scalable way.
Configuration and monitoring take place entirely within the Boltrics Solution, so your team can manage all data flows in the environment they already know. Authentication, routing, and data translation are handled centrally, making integrations faster to implement, easier to manage, and fully aligned with your business processes.
With DataHub, you can:
- Orchestrate complex integrations: Set up, schedule, and monitor data flows between multiple systems, such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and external partners.
- Transform and map data: Map, validate, and transform data formats to match your business requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot: Gain visibility into the status of each integration, with detailed error analysis and logging for quick troubleshooting.
- Support multiple protocols: Connect using a wide range of protocols, including REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, OAuth2, AS2, SFTP, and webhooks.
Data Hub updates and maintenance
Boltrics updates the Data Hub platform on a regular schedule. Integration flows and the underlying codebase (UI, Post, and Core) may be updated in separate maintenance windows. The table below shows the current planning. Exact timing may shift slightly; we will not apply changes to your tenant outside the communicated scope without notice.
All dates are in Central European Time (CET/CEST).

After an update — need help?
Important
If something does not work after a Data Hub update, you do not need to wait for the next maintenance window. Create a support ticket in 3PL Dynamics and select category 03-EDI.

Include your tenant / environment, the affected flow or integration, the approximate start time of the issue, and any error message or flow run reference from the DataHub Error Log or Error Analysis.
