Transport Carrier Grouping

General

By setting up Transport Handling Unit Group, WMS-shipment-details can be converted into TMS-order shipping units.

On a WMS-shipment a lot of details are available on cariers, untis, etc. This is required for the correct handling and storage of the products. In a TMS-order mainly the quantity and type of carriers are necessary to be able to plan an order and to calculate revenue on an order.

Functional

The Transport Hnadling Unit Grouping is being used in the function: 3PL Status Functions WMS-TMS

Fields

Field	Description
Code	A unique code for the grouping method.
Description	A full description for the grouping method.
Document Line No. Source	Use the drop-down button to select an option.
Default Good Code	Use the drop-down button to select a goods code.
Table	Use the drop-down button to select on which level the grouping must be based.
Field Caption	Use the drop-down button to select on which field the grouping must be based.
Sequence	Apply a sequence when the grouping is based on multiple fields.
