Work Hour Template

General

Work Hour Templates can be created and added to a driver so planners can see when a driver is available.

Functionality

A basic Work Hour Template can be set in the header. When more complex templates with different availablity per day/week is applicable the lines offer a wide flexibility.

Note

By setting up Work Hour Templates the availablity of the driver is shown in the Resource Dispatcher Screen.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code for the template.
Description	A description for the template.
Base Calendar	Select a calendar applicable to the work hour template. On the calendar de Non-working days are registered.
Default Starting Time	The default time the driver has to start.
Default Ending Time	The default time the driver normaly stops.

Tip

Click on the button: Update-Chart so a graphic view of the working hours over a week is shown.
