WMS Batch Content

This list shows the inventory of the Batches. A Batch can contain multiple batch content lines. Based on the settings on the customer item card a new batch content line will be created for an existing batch, or a new batch and batch content line will be created.

Create Shipment from Batch Content

To create a Shipment from one or multiple batches you have to execute the following steps:

1. Go to the Batch Content List
2. Click on Show Only Available Inventory

   

3. The system will calculate the available inventory
4. Select the Batches for the Shipment
5. Click on Create Shipment

   

Note

• Create Shipment(s) will create a shipment per Customer
• Create Shipment Combined will create one shipment. This allows multiple customers on one shipment
• Create Shipment(s) and Trip will create a shipment with a trip
• Calculate Available Inventory will recalculate the inventory
• After creating a Shipment the inventory will be recalculated.
