The cycle counting table is defined as follows:

Entry No. Unique identifier for each cycle counting task entry.

Description Short text describing the cycle counting task.

Cycle Counting Method Code Code referencing the method used for cycle counting; relates to "WMS Cycle Counting Method".

Location No. Code for the warehouse location; relates to "WMS Location". On validation, updates building, zone, and sorting order fields.

Customer Item No. Code for the customer’s item; relates to "WMS Customer Item".

Carrier No. Code for the carrier; relates to "WMS Carrier".

Status Current status of the task (Open, Assigned, Executed, Finished). On validation, sets corresponding date/time fields.

Customer No. Code for the customer; relates to Customer table. Not editable.

Building Code Code for the building; relates to "WMS Building".

Assigned User ID ID of the user assigned to the task; relates to "3PL Scan Employee". On validation, sets status to Assigned if not already.

Qty. (Calculated) Calculated quantity for the task.

Qty. (Phys. Inventory) Physical inventory quantity. On validation, updates net change and sets status to Executed if not already.

Unit of Measure Code Unit of measure for the item; relates to "WMS Unit of Measure" for the customer item.

Qty. (Net Change) Difference between physical inventory and calculated quantity.

Planned Date/Time Date and time the task is planned for.

Assigned Date/Time Date and time the task was assigned.

Executed Date/Time Date and time the task was executed.

Finished Date/Time Date and time the task was finished.

Original Qty. (Calculated) Original calculated quantity before any changes.

Orig. Qty. (Phys. Inventory) Original physical inventory quantity before any changes.

Created Date/Time Date and time the task was created. Not editable.

Created User ID ID of the user who created the task. Not editable.

Reference No. Reference number for the task.

Specification Set ID ID referencing a specification set; relates to "WMS Specification Set Entry".

Carrier Line No. Line number for the carrier content; relates to "WMS Carrier Content".

Zone Code Code for the zone; relates to "WMS Zone".

Sorting Order Order for sorting tasks. Blank if zero.

Customer Name Name of the customer, retrieved as a flow field from the Customer table.

External Cust Item No. External item number for the customer item, retrieved as a flow field.

Status Template Code Code for the status template; relates to "3PL Status Template". Not editable.

Status Code Code for the status. Not editable.

Attribute 01 - Attribute 10 Attributes 1 to 10, retrieved as flow fields from "WMS Carrier Content" based on carrier and line number. Not editable.
