Below you will find the dates and support expiration details for our environments: Microsoft Cloud, Boltrics Cloud, and On-Premise. These timelines are aligned with Microsoft's support guidelines.
Microsoft Cloud:
The Microsoft Cloud environment is designed to be always up-to-date. We are committed to keeping you up-to-date with the latest improvements and ensuring your experience remains smooth.
In the Microsoft Cloud, we are committed to keeping your environment as up-to-date as possible, with 4-weekly updates. For more detailed information, please consult our release management strategy.
Boltrics (private) Cloud and On-Premise environments

Important
Please be aware that starting April 1, 2025, we will no longer provide upgrades for On-Premise and Boltrics Cloud environments. There are no updates planned beyond version 25. Customers on version 24 will receive an update to version 25 by May 30, 2025. To continue receiving support for your On-Premise environment, you must update to version 25 by May 30, 2025.
