Document Handling Letterhead
General
When reports are being genereted via the Document Handling Process a letterhead or watermark can be applied on a repport.
Tip
- A letterhead can be set on the Document handling per Contact.
- A Letterhead can also be used to add for example: General Conditions as extra pages on a sales-invoice, orderconfirmation or a transportconfirmation when outsouring a trip.
Functionality
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| New | A new line will be created above the current selected line. Use the arrow-down key on the last line to add a line underneath the line. |
| Edit list | switches from read to modify mode. |
| Delete | Deletes the currently selected line. |
| Actions > Export file | To download the PDF-file related to the letterhad. |
| Actions > Import file | To upload a PDF-file containing the original letterhead. |
