Tab: Package

General

On the order on the tab: Package the number packaging to be exchanged when loading and unloading is shown.

Functionality

Packaging lines are based on the orderlines. Packaging lines are created on the following conditions:

• The orderlines must contain Units of Measure which are defined as a Packaging Unit of Measure
• A statuschange containing the function Add Package has been completed.

On the line: load-activity the column: Load Packaging is determined on the sum of package of the good-lines. In the column Unload Packaging the quantity of packaging exchanged can be recorded. On the line: unload-activity the column: Unload Packaging is determined on the sum of package of the good-lines. In the column Load Packaging the quantity of packaging exchanged can be recorded.

Note

• When using trip-functionality it is adviced to use the functionality Trip Package Administration in stead of registering the exchange of packaging on the individual order.
• When using the Trip Package Administration the quantities exchanged are not shown on the individual order.
