Posted planned activities
The Posted Planned Activities page shows the planned activities of all trips that have been posted. Use it to look back at what was planned and carried out on a trip.
Note
- To see the activities of trips that aren't posted yet, open Planned activities.
- To see planned activities together with the resources planned on them, open Calendar list.
General
You can open the page from the Posted Planned Activities action in the role center. The page is read-only. Each line is one posted activity.
View the posted activities of a trip
- Choose the
icon, enter Posted Planned Activities, and then choose the related link. - Filter on the Trip No. field to show the activities of one trip.
- Review the planned, instructed, and actual dates and times, the address, and the resources of each activity.
Functionality
The Posted Activity List page, which shows the same posted activities per trip, has the following extras:
- The Day column shows the weekday of the planned starting date.
- Choose Restrictions to open the transport restrictions of the trip.
- Choose Activity Section to open the posted sections of the selected activity.
- Distances follow the standard unit that your organization displays.
- You can't delete activities of type load, unload, mount container, or unmount container.
