Planned activities
Use the Planned Activities page to see the planned activities of all trips in one list. A planned activity is a step on a trip, such as driving, loading, unloading or resting.
The page is read-only. To change the planned activities of a trip, see Planned activity.

Completed activities are available on the Posted Planned Activities page.
View planned activities
- Choose the
icon, enter Planned Activities, and then choose the related link. - Use the search and filter options to find the activities you need. For example, filter on the
Trip No.field to see the activities of one trip.
The list shows, among other things, the activity and its status, whether it is related to an order, whether it is ready, and the planning and confirmation conflicts. The page also contains the quantity and load fields of each activity.
Open the trip of an activity
- Select the planned activity.
- Choose Line, and then choose Show Document. You can also press Shift+F7.
The trip card of the activity opens.
View the status log
- Select the planned activity.
- Choose Status Log.
You can also select the assist-edit button in the Status Code field to open the status log.
