Planned activity
A planned activity is one step on a trip, such as driving, loading, unloading or resting. Use the activity list of a trip to review the planned and actual times, adjust activities manually, and follow up on their status.
To see the planned activities of all trips in one read-only list, see Planned activities.
Work with the activities of a trip
The page is named Activity List. It shows the activities of a trip in sequence. The Day column shows the weekday of the planned starting date.
Note
When an APS (Advanced Planning System) is active for the trip, the page opens read-only. You can't calculate or delete activities either. In that case the system shows the message Not allowed: APS is active. See APS Setup.

- Enter the
Activity No.. The activity type, description and norm time are filled in from the activity. You can't change the activity number after actual dates or times are filled in. - Fill in the other fields you need, such as the planned ending date and time, the address, the resources, or the kilometers.

Changing an actual starting or ending date or time, or the ETA, also marks the activity as manual. It also shows a message that the activities must be recalculated to stay accurate.
