Activity

General

Activities must be set up so that the different types of work on an order, section and trip can be planned and/or registered.

Functional

Default Activities

The following list of default activities are available. When required new activities can be added.

Tip

when registration of package exchange is required on an activity the field: Package Default has to be checked.

Additional Activities

Additional activities can be registered so they can be added as extra activities when planning a trip. For example for a customs-stop, cleaning trailer or a designated parking. The field: Use as Add. Activity must be checked. If specific addresses are to be used for the Additional Activity use the action: Addresses and link the required Addresses.

Settings

On the Tab: Planning in the Transport Setup the basic activities have to be setup so functionality in 3PL will apply the activity descriptions when appling the activities.
