Tab: Resources/Outsourcing

General

The tab: Resources/Outsouring on a trip contains the information on the resources planned on the trip. The number of fields and captions shown depend on the setting in tab: Capacity on page: Transport setup. Use personalization to show/hide fields.

Functionality

Field	Description
Truck	Use the drop-down button to open the resource selection list.
Trailer	Use the drop-down button to open the resource selection list.
Driver	Use the drop-down button to open the resource selection list.
Carrier No.	Only applicable if the trip is not performed by a truck owned or leased by the company. When a subcontractor-truck is planned the code of the owner of the truck will be shown. If the orders/sections on the trip are planned and executed by a vendor the code of the vendor will be shown.
Carrier Description	The name of the carrier as selected in Carrier No.
Execution	- Charter: the trip is planned and excecuted by a vendor. - Subcontractor: the trip contains a truck owned by a subcontractor. - Self: the trip contains a truck owned or leased by the company.
