Note

Please note that most calculations are done based on a Time Period basis (Workdate - Dateformula > X-Date). Additional configurations can be done in here to steer when or for what a task is created.

-Always
Creates tasks without any filters on inventory or locations.
-Time Period
Sets a timeframe in which a location or item has to be counted. The timeframe is set in the dateformula field "Period Count Formula", which is compared to workdate and the "Last Date/Time Counted" field on the approptiate table.
-Threshold
Same basic setup as the Time Period option. However an additional filter is added to the quantity field on the handling unit content table. This quantity filter can be set on the field "Threshold Value Filter".
-No. of Times
Same basic setup as the Time Period option. However a certain number of mutations has to have happened before recounting. This number can be set in the field "No. of Times".
-Random Items

-ABC-classification
Based on the vaule on the field "ABC Classification Code" of the customer item card e.g. A, B or C. Each dateformula set on the fields "{Letter}-Classification Period Formula" is it's own Time Period method.
-Pick Time Period
Same as Time Period option. The difference being that the compared date is now pased on the date/ time that the item was picked last.
-All Conditions
A combination of Time Period, No. of Times and Threshold types if all conditions are met a task is created.
-Any Condition
A combination of Time Period, No. of Times and Threshold types if any conditions are met a task is created.
