MGT Connector

With the MGT Connector you can create and view your support requests inside your own Business Central environment. It's also possible to view and change your upcoming upgrades.

Before you can use this feature, please follow these instructions.

Requirements

  • Azure Active Directory Administrator account

  • Installed Business Central environment

  • Business Central user account (see - Assign Users in Microsoft Cloud)

Activation

  1. Open the Business Central Production environment

  2. In Business Central search for Boltrics Connector Setup

  3. Click on the button Create AAD-Application

    This will create a new App Registration under Azure App Registratiions.

  4. In the popup window, please sign-in with an Azure Active Directory Administrator account

Note
  • If you do not have the permission, you need to contact your System Engineer.
  • If you do not see the popup window, please verify if the popup is blocked by the browser 5. Field Azure Application on the General tab should have a value after the registration.
  1. Boltrics need to aprove your activation

Usage

If you want to create or view a request, please search for Boltrics Request List

If you want to view or change an upgrade, please search for Boltrics Update List
