My Plan Departments

General

Depending on the job description of the user, normaly one or more Plan Departments are applicable. These Plan Departments can be added to the tab: My Plan Departments on the role-cente so the user has a quick access to the daily planning screens.

If the tab: My Plan Departments is not shown, use personalisation.

Functional

By clicking on the Plan Department No. the planning screen is opened. Depending on the type of the plandepartment the following screen will be open new pages.

Type	Description
Crossdock	An overview of all trips that have planned activities on the crossdock-address.
Planning	A combination of the pages: Section planbox and Trip Planning Screen so sections can be planned most efficiently on trips.
Resource Dispatcher.	To monitor the availability on resources and plan them on trips.
