Status functionality

General

The status functionality in 3PL Dynamics allows you to flexibly configure the flows within the various processes within a company. The standard status templates from the Boltrics Market Place are often used as a starting point. These can be further customised per configuration to meet the specific requirements of a business process.

Functionality

To configure the flow of a process the following pages are applicable:

Page	Description
Status Setup	An overview of which Status Template is to be applied on what table and Document Code.
Status Documents	An overview of which Status Documents can be applied on the Status Templates.
Status Events Triggers	A Status Event Triger can trigger a Status Function or step with a JobQueue Entry
Status Logging
Status Authorization

Status Flows

Default Flow Customer

The following default flow is applicabele on the customer.

Status	Description	Remarks
10-NEW	A newly created Customer.	No checks have been performed in this status. Click on Next Status to go to status: 20-RELEASED.
15-EDIT	Modification on the Customer can be made.	In the status 20-RELEASED no modifications can be made. So a satus-change is required and logged.
20-RELEASED	A Customer is ready to be applied in documents.	When changing to this status various checks as set in the statusfunctions will be performed.
90-BLOCKED	A Customer is no longer operational.	The field NAV-status is set to 3 so no shipments and invoices can be posted on this Customer
