Contacts & Addresses

General

This page contains an overview of the group: Contacts & Addresses of the Masterdata in 3PL Dynamics TMS.

Group	Description
Contacts	A Contact is either a company or person and can be registered to link to a Customer, Address or Vendor.
Customers	A Customers is either a company or person and must be registerd to be used in Orders, Contracts and/or Sales Invoices.
Vendors	A Vendors is either a company or person and must be registerd to be used in Trips, Contracts and/or Purchase Invoices.
Addresses	An Addresses must e registered to be used in Orders.
Depot	A Depot is an Addresses on which the parameter: Depot Address is set to: True.
Sender	A Sender is an Address on which the parameter: Sender Address is set to: True.
Ship-to	A Ship-to is an Address on which the parameter: Ship to address is set to: True.
Salesperson	A Salesperson is an employee which can be required when using approvals on Sales Invoices and/or Purchase Invoices.
