Condition Code Setup

General

The conditions functionality helps users to register specific characteristics on Orders and Sections. The conditions can be used in the Section Planbox to help users determinating how to plan a Sections or in Contracts to create surcharges on specific conditions.

When a company wants to register specfic characteristics which are not available as conditions the attibute-setup can be used.

Functionality

On the tab: TMS the following Conditions can be set.

Condition	Description
ADR	Orders and Sections contains hazardous goods.
MAXLENGTH	To determinate the maximum length of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
MAXWIDTH	To determinate the maximum width of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
MAXHEIGHT	To determinate the maximum height of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
TAIL LIFT	Orders containing an (Un)loading Address which have an condition TAIL LIFT.
TIME WINDOW	Orders contaiing specific Time-Windows for (un)loading.
UL STRICKT	Orders containing a strickt timewindow(<15 minuites) on unloading.
UL UPTO 09	Orders containing a unloadingtime before 09:00 hours.

To apply conditions on Orders or Sections an line with a functionset has to be added to the statustemplate using the function-set. See page: Functionset for some examples.
