Condition Code Setup

General

The conditions functionality helps users to register specific characteristics on Orders and Sections. The conditions can be used in the Section Planbox to help users determinating how to plan a Sections or in Contracts to create surcharges on specific conditions.

When a company wants to register specfic characteristics which are not available as conditions the attibute-setup can be used.

Functionality

On the tab: TMS the following Conditions can be set.

Condition	Description
ADR	When an Orders and Sections contains hazardous goods.
MAXLENGTH	To determinate the maximum length of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
MAXWIDTH	To determinate the maximum width of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
MAXHEIGHT	To determinate the maximum height of the goods related to the Orders and Sections.
TAIL_LIFT_LD	When a tail lift is required at the Loading Address on a Section requires a tail lift.
TIME_UNLD	When the unloading-action of an Orders and Sections is classified as a Timed-action.

To apply conditions on a Orders or Sections an extra line has to be added to the statustemplate using the function-set: FunctionSet_MAX_LENGTH_WIDT
