Boltrics Market Place TMS Basic Setup
General
By installing the Boltrics Market Place app: TMS Basic Setup a set of basic setting will be applied.
Note
Installing Boltrics Marketplace APPS may result in existing configurations/data being unintentionally overwritten. To prevent this, most Boltrics Marketplace APPS are only available in an implementation environment. To access all Boltrics Marketplace APPS in a production environment, it is recommended to install them in a new company. In this company, on the page: 3PL Environment Settings, the field: Implementation Mode must be set to True. By using the functionality: 3PL Data Package Wizard or Configuration Packages, the configuration can then be transferred to the desired company.
Functionality
The settings are applied on the following pages:

| DI RCV TMS Document | The defautl Data Integration Message Type to be used when receiving orders from external Parties. |
| E-mail Templates | The default mailing templates for Transportation. |
| Event Setup and Functions | A basic Event and Milestones setup. |
| Excel Import Templates | The default Excel Import Template: Order and Excel Import Template: Trip |
| Goods | A default set of Goods. |
| Grouped Order Criteria | A default order grouping criteria. |
| Letterhead | The default letterhead: Portait and Landscape. |
| Maintenance Codes | The defualt maintenance codes: Inspection and Periodical. |
| Norm Time Activity | The default norm time strategy based on UON: Loadmeter. |
| Packages Exchange | The default settings on TMS Packages Exchange as set in theTransport Setup are applied. |
| Party Templates | The TMS-party setup. |
| Plan Department | The default plandepartment: Transport and Dedicated. |
| Planboxes | The default planboxes, Collection, Transit and Delivery. |
| Resource Groups | The default resource groups: Box, Chasis, City, Drawbar, Driver, HGv, LHV, Refrigerated, Tautliner, Tilt, Trailer, Trucks and Van. |
| Role Centre Layout | The default role centre for TMS including cues on Transport Activities, Finance and Errors. |
| Services | A Basic set of TMS services which can be applied in the contract lines. |
| Status Templates | The default settings on Status Templates as set in in the Transport Setup are applied. |
| Steps | A Basic set of Steps to be used in the transportation process. |
| Transport Setup | The default settings of the Transport Setup are applied. |
| Trip Calculations Setup | The default settings of the Trip Calculations Setup are applied. |
